HM Insurance Group (HM) is committed to serving our clients, even in the event of a disaster. Therefore, we have developed proper measures for taking action in the event of a catastrophe. To protect customer data and information and continue operation of business-critical functions, HM has developed a disaster recovery plan that allows mission-critical systems and processes, including continued use of toll-free numbers, to be working within six days of the event.
Our continued testing of the plan and thorough preparation of key corporate leaders help to ensure the company’s ability to operate should business be interrupted by a catastrophic event.
