This employer section of our website is designed to provide employer groups with the tools and information needed to help administrate your group insurance policy from HM Insurance Group (HM). Beyond making it our policy to protect, HM is committed to ensuring that you and your employees have a positive experience with us. Through our many years of experience, we have developed processes that make it easy for you. At the same time, we recognize that not every employer is alike. To this end, we remain dedicated in accommodating your unique needs. Your independent insurance agent, broker or consultant ("producer") may receive a commission from an HM Insurance Group member company for placing your insurance with us, both at the policy's inception and upon its renewal. Furthermore, such producer may be eligible to receive additional compensation for achieving certain pre-established goals primarily based on profitability. If you have specific questions about your insurance representative's compensation, please contact your producer directly.
