The HM Insurance Group sales consultant works with the producer to design a Worksite proposal to meet the group’s needs based on an analysis of the employer’s current situation. Because of our group platform, we can offer product and rate consistency along with a single group application and single group bill, whether an employer has a local workforce or employees across the county.
Our goal is to streamline the effort required to conduct an enrollment. An account manager is assigned to each case to help facilitate enrollment and provide communication materials and educational tools that help demonstrate the full value of the employer’s benefit program to employees. Enrollment options are tailored to meet the group’s needs through a call center, one-on-one meetings, direct mail or online enrollment methods. Toll-free numbers are available for claims and customer service support.

HM Worksite Advantage products are designed to address the financial impact of illness, accident or death. Benefits for illness or accident are paid regardless of other medical insurance plans, allowing individuals to offset the cost of unforeseen health issues. Covered employees can decide how to use the money they receive – for health-related expenses, living expenses, or even to replace lost income. In addition, guaranteed issue is available on certain products. Critical Illness, Accident and Whole Life have a portability feature that allows employees to continue coverage even if they leave their employer or retire.

Limited Benefit Medical Plans Complement a Worksite Program
HM Insurance Group has developed HM Care Advantage, a customizable Limited Benefit Medical Plan that pays indemnity benefits at a fixed dollar amount to the employee or the provider.
HM Care Advantage is an indemnity product designed to provide employers with choices that help bridge the gaps for employees who do not have coverage, whose coverage is being reduced or who can no longer afford family coverage.
